  A:  Our warranty is 1 years since battery warranty we got is for 1 year

  Q: In case we need to replace the battery , How should we change it ,will you can give us support by teaching our engineer ?

  A:  To replace the battery inside is easy . Just open the battery box and customer will can replace and reconnect the battery

       very easy . For sure to teach the engineer is one part of our after sells service .

Q: What kind of mobile phone charging adaptors can we get ?

A : Normally we put  Iphone ,Samsung , blackberry charging connector , but that can be change upto customer's request

Q :  Can we make small trial order like 20sets to test the market ?
